The Wig Fairy

I came in today for my second wig. I purchased my first wig from a different wig store and was not happy with it. I brought it in to The Wig Fairy and let Natalia know exactly what I didn't want, lol. She took that info and found THE PERFECT wig for me! She found the perfect length, a color match to my natural hair, and it even has a widows peak! (My first wig made it impossible to show my widows peak and it didn't feel like me...) Karen did my cut and showed me how to style the wig how I like. They both took such great care of me. I am so happy with my experience here, I will definitely come back time and time again. I actually cried when Karen finished styling my wig. Then she cried because I cried. A little back story, I am 27 years old and have lost most of the hair on the top of my head. I have PCOS and thyroid issues. I never thought I would need a wig, especially in my 20s. I started losing hair at 20 years old. I haven't styled my hair in so long because I had nothing to be excited about. Today I felt excited about my hair for the first time in a very long time.

I have been going to The Wig Fairy for all my wig needs for 5 years now. I’ve tried 4-5 different wig vendors in my life time and I can honestly say that nowhere else came close to the quality, service, and range The Wig Fairy provides. My wigs last me 2-3 years and they look fab!!! I recommend this team and their product with my whole heart.

I am absolutely in love with my gorgeous wig and the amazing service! From my first visit, Stephanie was very kind and helpful. She found me the perfect color and answered all the questions I had. Nancy, my stylist was just as amazing! She gave me the perfect cut and style and made me feel like part of the Wig Fairy family. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mona, the owner. She is an absolute gem! All the ladies here are very kind, helpful, and just absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning soon for another gorgeous wig. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me feel beautiful.

The Wig Fairy lived up to it's name! Mona was amazing and knew exactly what to do with my new wig. The cut is perfection and the entire customer service experience was on point. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from hair loss. I feel like my old self again, after spending this year with my natural hair only a 1/2" long. Thank you, Mona. What an amazing crew of women at the Wig Fairy. All truly kind, compassionate, talented and knowledgeable about all things alternative hair! I had sent them pictures of what I'd like my wig to look like - they custom made one for me! I flew to them for a fitting and was delighted - it was perfect. The only problem with The Wig Fairy is that there is only one of them - and they are located in California. We need more miracle workers like this across the US. Especially in Minnesota. ;)

Today I had the best experience ever at The Wig Fairy salon. I was so nervous because this was my first time shopping for a wig. Mona, the owner, actually helped me pick out the perfect hair type for me. She was so patient and walked me through the entire process…explaining and answering ALL of my questions along the way. Now that the wig has been selected, they will custom color and make the cap adjustments for the perfect fit. I can’t wait to go back for the styling and cut. I even went ahead and selected a second wig, which they are graciously holding for me😊.
